Rental Terms

Rates

Off season (Jan – March) – $119 per night

Peak Season (September, October and November) – $225  per night

Holiday Weekends  – $225  per night

(New Years, Valentines, Easter, Memorial, 4th of July, Labor Day,Thanksgiving and Christmas)

Regular Rate – $195 – $225 per night

Monthly and Yearly Rates Available Upon Request

Policies

• Check-in is 4 pm. Check-out is 11 am. Arrangements may be made for check-ins after 7 pm.
• There is a 4 night minimum stay, however, you may call to check availability for shorter stays.
• Discount provided for extended stays.
• Property is non-smoking.
• $500 refundable security deposit
• $125 non-refundable cleaning fee
• Sales/Occupancy tax to be applied.
• Pets will be considered on a case by case basis with prior approval by Owner and non-refundable pet fee of $150.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations that are made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will get a full refund.
• Please review  Constitution Cottage Rental Agreement – Online prior to booking.
